Our town centre stall is open Fridays 9am - 5pm & Saturdays 9am - 3pm.

Can I change a workshop booking?

Workshop bookings cannot be changed or refunded. If your unable to attend and event or booking made please get in touch as we will try, if possible, to move you to a different date, providing it’s the same workshop. However, if all the workshops in the same category are fully booked, no refund or transfer to another Workshop will be authorised; this is stated on our terms and conditions when booking.
  • What is your return policy?

    Due to the nature of our products we do not offer any returns.
  • When will my flower subscription arrive?

    Flower Subscriptions are delivered between 6am - 6pm on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. This is a doorstep delivery service.
  • What are the payment options?

    Payments can be made by online through our website, on site with all major cards. We can also raise an invoice for corporate companies. We no longer except PayPal.

    Our Subscription flowers can be paid for on a recurring basis through our payment partner Go Cardless. You can set up a direct debit to ensure your payments go through and your fresh flowers are delivered on time. Be sure to click the gold button links on the Weekly or Fortnightly subscription products.

  • When do you deliver and where to?

    We deliver Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 2pm, To the following areas and postcodes: Datchet, Eton, Eton Wick, Windsor, Old Windsor, Dedworth, Bray, Fifield, Holyport, Winkfield, Maidenhead, Binfield, Ascot. Slough, Burnham, Taplow & Langley. SL1, SL2, SL3, SL4, SL5, SL6, RG42. More information can be found on our flower delivery page
  • Do you offer same day delivery?

    We offer same-day delivery on all orders placed before 12pm, Wednesday - Saturday only. These orders must be placed via our phone line 01753 429765
  • What happens if I order something wrong?

    If you order a product which is not available and is advertised as this a refund will not be provided, but will be delivered when the product becomes available as per the products description. We can occasionally offer a discretionary refund, however a handling and refund fee of £5 would be incurred. This is due to the costs of our payment provider.
  • Can I pre-order?

    Yes! you can pre order online for up to 3 months in advance, if you wish to pre order for a date passed this time, you can contact via the chat box on the website or via email and we can have this arranged for you. Just add in the note section at the check-out when you would like this delivered. Please note this will be on our opening days ONLY.
  • Will you donate a raffle prize?

    We Love supporting charities and know that fundraising can be a huge part of the yearly funds created for some charities. While we would love to help all charities and events, this is not doable. We are happy to donate our time and if you would like us to hold a fundraiser such as a workshop, we are more than happy to do so, we will also offer vouchers for our workshops too for raffle prizes. Please note we have limited vouchers per year, and we split these out quarterly. We will also not give to the same charity more than once in one financial year, so it makes it fair on others.
